We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Low Voltage Distribution to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Product Manager to support the development and growth of the LV Switchgears (below 1,5kV) line of business across EMEA, with clear ownership of product lifecycle, market requirements, profitability, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market execution. The successful candidate will concentrate on the strategic and operational management of the LV Switchgears portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regional market opportunities,



and the company’s overall EMEA and global product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the LV Switchgears portfolio, including new product introduction (NPDI process), line extensions, product updates, rationalization, and end‑of‑production planning (phase‑in / phase‑out process).
- Gather and prioritize customer, channel, and market requirements through direct engagement with sales teams, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Define and communicate voice‑of‑customer requirements and support product business cases for new developments and enhancements.
- Research market trends, demand drivers, specification practices, and competitor positioning in LV switchgear markets.
- Develop regional go‑to‑market plans and support sales and marketing strategies to maximize portfolio revenue and profitability.
