REDEN is seeking an experienced LEGAL MANAGER to support corporate transactions and risk management for a growing renewable energy group. The role is based in Rome with a long term contract, requiring a master’s degree in Italian Corporate law or Renewable Energy Law and at least 5 years of in-house experience.

You will lead and develop the Italian Legal team, oversee M&A; and project financing activities, and draft/negotiat e contracts in Italian or English.
