EMW is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for on-site duties at Lughezzano, Italy. The role supports the Chief Administrative Assistant, helps develop internal processes, liaises with central administrative departments, and ensures supplies and logistics for the site.

The ideal candidate has NATO SECRET clearance, 2+ years in administration, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driving licence. English is required; Italian language is preferred as HQ host nation language.
