Scope of the work involves activities ranging from acknowledging of process‑related conditions and evaluating the equipment detail design. Maintenance Engineering Lead (MEL) is to make sure that the project detailed design is safe and sound from an operation and maintenance point of view, complies with the international standards and meet the requirements arising from contract and technical specification therein referred to. /ppIn performing his job, the MES is liaising with client representatives, partners, suppliers, and project team. /ppMEL regularly reports to the Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Manager the status of the Maintenance Engineering assessment, highlighting areas of concern. /ppbHere below your responsibilities: /b /pullisupporting the Commissioning,
Operation and Maintenance manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements /lilimaintenance engineering execution plan will be developed /liligathering of maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build‑up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment /lilipreparation of Maintainable Equipment List (MEL) hierarchically organized by functional location which in turn refer to physical asset /lilioperability and maintainability review /lilimechanical handling assessment /liliequipment criticality analysis (ECA) to rank item listed in MEL in view of safety, environment, production requirement /lilimaintenance strategies, procedures, and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis /liliCMMS loading templates preparation /lilipreparation of required documentation to attend meetings with Company, project team or vendors /li /ulpbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppbEducation: /b Master’s Degree/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar qualification /ppbExperience: /b More than 15 years of experience in the Oil Gas industry /ppbTechnical/IT Skills: /b /pulliFailure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodology (advanced knowledge is required) /liliReliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology (RCM certification is a plus) /li /ulpFully aware of Oil Gas plant related design documentation and drawings, which may include: 3D model, plot plan, PIDs, PFDs, Line list, GA drawings, mechanical data sheets, vendor manuals, procedures, etc. /ppExpert of MS Office package. Ability to work with 3D software application, i.e., Naviswork Freedom and PDF editor, i.e.,
Power PDF Advanced.
