Responsibilities- Manage and monitor company IT infrastructures, including servers, network (switches), and backup systems- Ensure security and integrity of Microsoft systems- Manage VMware environment for server virtualization- Maintain corporate backup systems via Veeam- Provide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support- Implement infrastructure solutions for complex issues- Monitor infrastructure performance and manage critical issues- Manage and resolve IT support tickets- Support AS400 system maintenance- Lead ERP implementation and migration projectsQualifications- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies- Microsoft security expertise- Server management experience- Knowledge of network devices (switches)- Backup management via Veeam- Familiarity with VMware environments- Experience in 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support- Good knowledge of the AS400 system for managing ERP- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering (preferred)- Good knowledge of English#J-18808-Ljbffr
