Etjca Sassari is looking for Chef de Rang for an important luxury facility located in Porto Cervo. Availability required from 12/08 to 23/08.

Main activities:

- Mise-en-place preparation.
- Welcoming and accompanying guests to the table.
- Presentation of the menu and wine list (in the absence of the Sommelier).
- Taking orders and table service.
- Collaboration with the dining room brigade, ensuring compliance with service standards.

Requirements:

- Experience in the role, preferably in high-level hotels or restaurants.
- Professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
- Excellent command of the English language.

Accommodation is provided.

Employment:

- C2 CCNL Tourism Confindustria, gross monthly salary €1806.59.
