Offerta We are seeking an Head of Legal who will lead the Legal function and act as a strategic business partner at both operational and advisory levels.Key responsabilities:Lead and develop the Legal team, ensuring prioritization, quality and timely executionProvide legal guidance to business functions, with a strong focus on risk management and complianceDraft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts and third-party agreementsOversee the full contract lifecycle,



ensuring effectiveness and compliance with internal policiesManage relationships with external legal advisors, optimizing costs and performanceMonitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring proper implementation across the organizationEnsure compliance with privacy/GDPR requirements and protection of intellectual property assetsSupport the management of complex legal matters in collaboration with internal stakeholdersContribute to the enhancement of legal processes, procedures and governance frameworksCompetenze ed esperienzaLaw DegreeAt least 5 years of experience on legal issues management in a company and/or in a law firmFluent in EnglishPlanning and organizational skillsLeadership and people management skillsResult-orientedTeam working orientedProficient in MS Office SuiteCompleta l'offerta Ottima occasione di carriera.
