Together, we belong to something beautiful.As part of the HR Department, HRBP Retail Team — managing a scope of approximately 140 stores distributed across 9 areas with the direct coordination of 6 HRBPs — you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: According to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resourcesFacilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as requiredAccording to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in storeTranslate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.Support the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy Monitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue,
guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas)Lead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores and the HR DepartmentSupervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions requiredSupport the implementation of business unit specific development strategies. Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strengthEstablish the training strategy with the L&D; Manager and assure the cascading above all the RetailDeliver and deploy the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives Embody the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador
Promote, implement, communicate activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issuesEnsure proper management of labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances in collaboration with legal advisors, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.Act as change agent Who we are looking for:5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retailFluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proactive, adaptable,
and aligned with Sephora’s values.Willingness to travel for business needs.
