ph3Overview /h3pField Service Technicians are the onsite face of Group O and play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of packaging equipment and integrated systems at our customers’ facilities. You will work on a diverse range of machinery, while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for training machine operators and maintenance personnel, and assisting packaging sales representatives with materials tests. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDiagnose and repair hardware, software, electro/mechanical and pneumatic systems at customer sites. /liliTrain machine operators and maintenance personnel on proper operation and maintenance of packaging equipment. /liliAssist packaging sales representatives with materials tests and related documentation. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical proficiency with hardware, software, and electro/mechanical and pneumatic systems. /liliAbility to diagnose and repair complex machinery and systems. /liliStrong critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse settings. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
