From flagship conferences and executive dinners to trade shows, customer events, and field marketing initiatives, our events are central to how we engage our community, partners, and customers around the world. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe're looking for a bGlobal Events Manager /b to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional events across Europe, North America, Australia, and beyond. /p pWorking alongside our Events Manager and Managing Director, you'll play a key role in planning and executing world‑class events while helping build the systems, processes, and operational foundations that enable our events program to scale. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and naturally looks for smarter ways of working. You're as comfortable building scalable playbooks and operational workflows as you are delivering exceptional experiences on the ground. Over time, you'll take ownership of delivering events independently while continuing to collaborate closely across the wider team. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liPartner with our existing Global Events Manager to plan and deliver conferences, trade shows, executive events, customer experiences,



and field marketing initiatives around the world. /li liCoordinate end‑to‑end event logistics, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver consistently high‑quality experiences. /li liBuild and continuously improve the systems, playbooks, documentation, and workflows that make our events program more scalable and efficient. /li liDevelop and maintain an organized network of venues, suppliers, production partners, and contractors across multiple regions. /li liManage event budgets, procurement, inventory, timelines, and logistics across multiple concurrent projects. /li liCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, Creative, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless event delivery. /li liMeasure event performance, attendee engagement, operational metrics, and ROI, using insights to continually improve future events. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through better tooling, automation, AI, and operational processes. /li /ul h3What you'll bring /h3 ul liExperience leading the planning and delivery of large‑scale B2B conferences, trade shows, or events with 300+ attendees. /li liA systems‑thinking mindset, with experience building scalable processes, operational workflows,



or playbooks that improve how events are delivered. /li liStrong project management skills with experience managing budgets, vendors, suppliers, and multiple concurrent projects. /li liThe ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions when priorities change. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross‑functional teams. /li liA proactive, hands‑on approach with the confidence to take ownership while collaborating effectively with others. /li liComfortable working in a fast‑moving, growing environment where you'll help shape how we operate as we scale. /li liNative‑level English proficiency. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience working in B2B SaaS or delivering events for technical audiences. /li liAn established network of venues, production partners, and suppliers across Europe and North America. /li liExperience working in a startup or scale‑up environment. /li liExperience working with remote, globally distributed teams. /li liFamiliarity with modern event technology, Airtable (or similar tools), CRM systems, workflow automation, and AI‑powered tools. /li /ul h3Why join us? /h3 pOur events are at the heart of one of the fastest‑growing communities in technology.
