We are looking for an experienced bInnovation Buyer /b who is passionate about bemerging technologies, /b disruptive business models, and building bstrategic partnerships /b that can shape the bfuture of the automotive industry /b. /p pIn this role, you will act as a key bconnector /b between the external innovation ecosystem and our internal stakeholders, identifying breakthrough technologies, innovative suppliers, startups, research centers, and new business opportunities from both automotive and non-automotive industries. /p pYou will play a critical role in bringing innovative solutions into future products, services, manufacturing processes, and customer experiences, contributing directly to Stellantis' transformation journey. /p h3MISSION /h3 pAs an Innovation Buyer, you will bscout the market for emerging technologies /b and bstrategic innovation opportunities /b while leading sourcing and supplier engagement activities that support the introduction of game-changing solutions across the organization. /p pYou will collaborate with Engineering, RD, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Sustainability, and Product teams to identify, evaluate,



and develop innovative partnerships capable of delivering long-term competitive advantages. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pbInnovation Scouting Technology Intelligence /b /p ul liIdentify emerging technologies, innovative suppliers, startups, universities, research institutes, and technology partners worldwide. /li liMonitor global market trends, technological developments, and innovation ecosystems across multiple industries. /li liEvaluate opportunities to transfer solutions from non-automotive sectors into automotive applications. /li liBuild and maintain a strong network of innovation partners and technology providers. /li liMaintain a robust innovation pipeline aligned with business priorities and future mobility trends. /li /ul pbStrategic Sourcing Supplier Development /b /p ul liLead sourcing activities for innovation projects, including supplier identification, assessments, /li liRFQs, negotiations, and contracting. /li liEvaluate suppliers based on innovation capability, technical maturity, scalability, financial stability, and strategic fit. /li liEstablish and develop long-term partnerships with high-potential suppliers and technology providers. /li liSupport supplier onboarding and development activities to accelerate innovation implementation. /li /ul pbCross-Functional Project Support /b /p ul liPartner closely with Engineering, RD, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Sustainability, and Procurement teams. /li liSupport innovation projects from early concept stages through industrialization and implementation. /li liFacilitate the integration of innovative solutions into products, services, processes, and business models. /li liContribute to business cases, risk assessments, and strategic decision-making processes. /li /ul pbInnovation Ecosystem Engagement /b /p ul liOrganize and participate in Technology Days, Innovation Workshops, Startup Challenges, and Supplier Innovation Forums. /li liRepresent the company at international trade fairs, conferences,



technology exhibitions, and innovation events. /li liIdentify collaboration opportunities with startups, accelerators, venture ecosystems, and research centers. /li liPromote a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing across the organization. /li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in bEngineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Innovation Management /b, or a related field. /li libAt least 5 years of experience /b in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, Innovation Procurement, Open Innovation, Technology Scouting, or related functions. /li liProven experience managing bsupplier relationships /b, sourcing projects, and commercial negotiations. /li liExperience working in binnovation-driven environments /b, technology-intensive industries, or complex international organizations. /li libAutomotive industry experience /b is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from aerospace, electronics, energy, industrial, technology, consulting, or other highly innovative sectors. /li liStrong understanding of bprocurement /b and bstrategic sourcing /b methodologies. /li liAbility to assess bemerging technologies /b and innovation opportunities from both business and technical perspectives. /li liExperience in bsupplier evaluation /b, market analysis, and innovation project support. /li liStrong banalytical and problem-solving capabilities /b. /li liFluent bEnglish /b is required; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3OFFER /h3 ul libSalary range /b: from 43.000€ to 52.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li libCollective Agreement /b: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
