ppThe TOS Admin Manager is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the Terminal Operating System (TOS), ensuring it supports safe, efficient, and reliable terminal operations. /ppThe role acts as the business owner of the TOS, translating operational requirements into system solutions while ensuring data quality, system stability, and alignment with terminal business processes. /ppWorking closely with Operations, Planning, Commercial, Finance, IT, and the TOS vendor, the TOS Admin Manager supports system enhancements, digitalization initiatives, and continuous process improvement. /ph3Organizational Scope /h3ulliAdminister and maintain the Terminal Operating System. /liliManage system configuration, master data, and user access. /liliEnsure system availability, data integrity, and configuration control. /liliMaintain system documentation and configuration records. /li /ulh3Business Support /h3ulliTranslate business requirements into TOS solutions. /liliSupport Operations, Planning, Gate, Yard, Rail, Vessel, Cargo Control, and Billing users. /liliAnalyse system issues and coordinate corrective actions. /liliEnsure business processes remain aligned with TOS functionality. /li /ulh3Projects Continuous Improvement /h3ulliSupport TOS implementation and upgrade projects. /liliCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /liliValidate new functionality before production release. /liliIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement. /li /ulh3Systems Integration /h3ulliCoordinate interfaces between the TOS and external systems, including ERP, PCS, Customs, OCR, VBS, GOS, Business Intelligence, and Port Authority systems. /liliMonitor interface performance and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors.



/liliAct as the primary business contact for the TOS vendor. /liliCoordinate system enhancements and issue resolution. /liliMonitor vendor performance and support service improvements. /li /ulh3Reporting Training /h3ulliEnsure operational data accuracy and KPI reporting. /liliDevelop user documentation and operating procedures. /liliTrain users and promote TOS best practices. /liliSupport change management and user adoption. /li /ulh3Authority /h3ulliManage user roles and permissions. /liliPrioritize business enhancement requests. /liliEscalate business-critical system issues. /li /ulh3Key Performance Measures /h3ulliIncident resolution time /liliChange implementation success /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent experience. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience with Terminal Operating Systems in container or Ro-Ro terminals. /liliExperience in TOS administration, implementation, or business systems. /liliExperience with Navis N4, CyberLogitec, SPARCS, CATOS, Tideworks, or similar TOS platforms. /liliExperience supporting TOS implementation projects is an advantage. /li /ulh3Technical Skills Knowledge /h3ulliAdvanced knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems. /liliBusiness process mapping and workflow design. /liliMaster data and user administration.
