ppVA Site Lead - USAG Vincenza – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. /p pCALIBRE is an employee‑owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a Site Lead to support our client at USAG Vicenza. /p pConduct transition activities in support of the VA. Transition support includes conducting standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one‑on‑one engagements, pre‑separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm‑handover support. Serves as an entry‑level instructor delivering established curriculum, training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery methods follow established training objectives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecuting non‑event Activities at assigned installation /li liParticipate in weekly Site Lead meetings /li liExecute quality management activities at assigned installation and across the program /li liDeliver onsite activities and execute post‑event data collection activities /li liTravel may be included /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liUnderstand and apply adult learning theories /li liUnderstanding of transitioning Service member populations /li liExperience using Microsoft Office suite of tools /li liStrong customer management and support skillsExperience delivering interactive workshops and training to live audiences /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or 3 years’ equivalent work/military experience /li liPreferred emphasis in Training, Education, Career Counseling, or HR /li liAppropriate certifications /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liUnderstanding of VA benefits programs /li liKnowledge of the military and experience working with military clients /li liUnderstanding of current veteran issues and challenges pre‑ and post‑transitions /li /ul pCALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
