We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting closing activities, and improving accounting processes.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–6 years of experience in accounting or audit Knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Navision, D365)Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken Nice to have Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Board)Knowledge of tax regulations Background in multinational environments Annual gross salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 depending on the level of seniority.
The role will be in charge for: Manage general ledger activities and reconciliations Support monthly closings: handling period-end adjustment entries Prepare financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Local GAAP / IFRS)Support internal and external audits Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives Posting Date:
