Descrizione azienda Role We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.
Posizione You will: Own technical direction and product architecture Lead and grow the engineering team in Milan Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications Work directly with the Founder & CEOWhat we need Experience shipping and operating a B2 B Saa S product in production Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers Strong hands-on engineering capability Strong fit Python, Fast API, Postgre SQL, Type Script,



React Multi-tenant Saa S and event-driven systems Distributed engineering team leadership Marketplace and Saa S product economics understanding Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments Requisiti Stack Python 3.12, Fast API, Postgre SQL, Redis React, Type Script, Tailwind AWS ECS/Fargate, Terraform Anthropic / multi-model AI infrastructure MCP tooling, RAG, agentic workflows More Info Founding-team role Milan-based preferred (2–3 days/week hybrid)·Reporting Directly to the Founder & CEO.
