Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Service Team Leader__Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in your assigned accounts. Each day, you will assist with customers’ technical requests and engage with colleagues to take care of any technical issues. You will also showcase your expertise by managing service contracts deliverables, on time delivery, customers’ requirements, and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI), while keeping track of performance metrics and communicating progress to internal and customer stakeholders.- Work model: #LI-Hybrid In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Delivering exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding customer expectations.Anticipating customer needs and proactively supporting assigned accounts through strong account knowledge. Managing service contracts, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting customer requirements, and tracking financial and operational KPIs.Driving contract renewals and identifying opportunities to expand service agreements and sales system. Measuring, reporting, and presenting the value of delivered services to key customer stakeholders.Developing lifecycle plans and evolution strategies for customer assets in collaboration with technical experts.Building strong relationships with customers and collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery.Coordinating external resources, supporting contract growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with HSE and integrity standards.Developing and managing service engineering projects,



such as automation system migrations or upgrades. Managing and coordinating on-site preventive or corrective maintenance activities, as well as remote supportParticipating in an on-call rotation to provide support outside standard working hoursQualifications for the RoleSenior experience in relevant industry.Strong technical, interpersonal, communication, and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, key accounts, and sales teams.Solid knowledge of control logic design for power generation systems, including DEHC, BMS, boilers, and related applications.Experience with power market software applications, including Reactive Power Regulation (SART) and Primary Frequency Regulation systems. Expertise in ABB automation and control technologies, including INFI90, Harmony, S+ Suite, AC800F, AC800M, S800, and AC500 platforms.Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Profibus (Master/Slave), OPC, Modbus, and similar standards.Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations applicable to power generation facilitiesExcellent command of Italian and English, and willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally.Compensation PackageAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico Minimum annual salary: 48.000Variable Pay:
