We are looking for a Customer and Channel Marketing Specialist who will engage and support National Sales Organization (NSO) on their marketing activities, planning and ensuring marketing strategies and actions are developed and delivered.
Skills required: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Specialist, Brand Expert, Brand Ambassador, or Territory Sales role.
Proven experience in training delivery and business management, including:monitoring and analyzing sell-in and sell-out performance across retail outlets;collecting market insights and competitor intelligence within the assigned territory;executing trade marketing activities, including visual merchandising and point-of-purchase (POP) materials;supporting events and promotional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree required.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
As the role requires regular presence at the Milan office, candidates should ideally reside in or near the Milan area.
