For our Savigliano site in Italy we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Configuration and Change Manager PURPOSE OF THE JOBMaster the quality of deliveries by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services through the application of CCM activities.
Accountable that all Project/Program stakeholders apply the CCM process.
Keep the project/program configuration under control and manage changes during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program.
Reports directly to: Site Configuration and Change Management (CCM)MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Is leading the CCM activities in a Project.
Applies CCM standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them.
Ensures the activities and Roles & Responsibilities defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed.
Ensures Configuration and Change Management applicable tools are applied and manages access rights.
Organizes and leads the Change Boards.
Ensures the completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests.
Monitors Change requests and aligns all project/program stakeholders on the changes.
EXPERIENCEKnowledge of Configuration & Change Management Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, Data Management and Document Control inter-related with CCM.
Plus Work experience in an international environment COMPETENCIES & SKILLSMandatory knowledge of railway products, railway solutions (signalling, telecom etc.), systems and components Knowledge of CCM tools Ability to communicate with all involved project/program stakeholders Good English language skills Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to details Contributing to continuous improvement on processes and standards Is a team contributor and sets a good environment for team colleagues Driven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Educational Requirements Graduate of University degree in Engineering.
