ph3Your role /h3pWe are looking for a GBS specialist in managing sales audit and account receivable activities in the retail area, specifically for the Iberia region.
/ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliDaily check, release and correction of the sales flow from the cash register to the accounting /liliDaily monitoring of the correct bank statements posting in ReconNet system /liliSales reconciliation with incoming payments.
Investigations with the store for shortages discrepancy /liliReport for variances, reconciled and outstanding items that to share with the subsidiaries /liliManagement and reconciliations of specific tools used in the stores (Voucher, Gift cards, Health insurances, Warranties, Subscriptions) /liliManagement of sales and collection of incoming payments for customers not classified as final consumers (department stores, franchisee, TP companies)
