ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and drive end-to-end system integration activities for the power conversion subsystem, ensuring stable and reliable system performance. /liliPerform hands‑on HW/SW and firmware integration on real hardware platforms, actively debugging and resolving complex system‑level issues. /liliLead bring‑up activities for new hardware revisions and prototypes, identifying issues early and providing structured feedback to RD and NPI teams. /liliAct as the technical escalation point for integration challenges involving embedded software, firmware, hardware interfaces, communication protocols, timing, synchronization, and power electronics behavior. /liliOwn root cause analysis and drive resolution of system integration issues through close collaboration with software, firmware, and hardware teams. /liliManage and continuously improve integration environments, test benches, tools, workflows, and traceability processes to maximize efficiency and quality. /liliSupport system‑level validation and release readiness by assessing integration status, identifying risks, and communicating progress and limitations to key stakeholders. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field. /lili8+ years of experience in embedded systems, system integration, power electronics, or related environments. /liliStrong hands‑on experience with embedded software, RTOS and/or Linux-based systems. /liliProven expertise in HW/SW integration, system‑level debugging, and troubleshooting of complex multidisciplinary systems. /liliExperience working with prototypes, early hardware development phases, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. /liliSolid understanding of power electronics, control systems, communication interfaces, and real‑time constraints; experience in EV charging or other high‑power systems is a strong advantage.
