This line supports the digital transformation process of banks and insurance companies through the development of products able to analyze ever‑increasing amounts of data of various types. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEvaluating, designing, and improving software solutions to meet business needs. /li liGathering and analyzing user requirements, collaborating with developers to define system functionalities, and ensuring the software aligns with organizational goals. /li liDocumenting processes, system testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations for improvements. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libTechnical Skills /b ul liBasic Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of languages like Python, SQL for data manipulation and software configuration. /li liData Analysis: Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, especially for financial datasets (Excel, basic SQL querying, etc.).



/li /ul /li libFinancial Skills /b ul liFundamentals of Risk Management: Basic understanding of financial risks (credit, market, liquidity risk). /li liFundamentals of Finance Mathematics: Good/basic knowledge of financial mathematics. /li /ul /li liPreferred qualifications include a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating strong mathematical skills and at least a basic understanding of financial mathematics. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStakeholder Communication: Basic ability to communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders and understanding of client requirements. /li liDocumentation: Ability to produce clear, concise documentation (business requirements, functional specifications, methodological documentation). /li liRequirement Gathering: Ability to collect and document user requirements for financial risk management systems. /li liProblem‑Solving Skills: Problem‑solving mindset.
