Your RoleWe are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Time & Method Specialist with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy).
In this role, you will work in cross-functional and cross-Plant teams and cooperate with all departments on Manufacturing projects, coordinating internal and external resources.

What you should bring:Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred)Experience in New Product development and startup (Familiarity with Stage-Gate methodology)Experience in Assembly processKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, FMEA, 6?, ...)Experience in Production standard time definitionSolid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel and data analysisKnowledge of Autocad / CADFocus on ExecutionInterested in AI and its use in industrial contextsAvailable for business trips to subsidiaries and suppliersKnowledge of Ergonomics principlesFluent in English (written & spoken)Compensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
