MISSION: Responsble for the proactive research and analysis of new Hotel opportunities in the assigned area, finalized to their
incorporation, under franchise, in the Company in accordance with the strategic plan set by area.
Functional key contact in the assigned area, responsible for conducting negotiations with internal partners (in particular Development VP and Director) on each project and feasibility analysis.
What will you have to do:
Internal presentation of the projects for the approval and definition of the next steps;
Prioritization of projects based on the strategy defined by the VP Development according to the strategic expansion plan; According to the negotiation policy established for each project:
(i) direct management of negotiations with the owners, until their closure and/or
(ii) support to the negotiations conducted by the Development Director; - Preparation of the necessary documentation for the approval of projects; - Creation of a strong network of contacts in the assigned area to enhance growth in the area according to expansion map; Constant analysis of the assigned area market to identify potential growth markets and enhance brand growth based on the strategic growth plan.
What we are looking for: Minimum 5 year of experience in the same position or similar role mainly focused on negotation processes, coming from a multinational environment, preferably in hotels, agencies, TTOO, or real estate agencies or consultants specialized in the hotel market.
