and environmental standards.
Define training needs to enable skills development for the entire team.
Manage, evaluate, and manage production personnel (information, setting objectives, organising activities, technical assistance, safety)Raise team awareness of the requirements of ISO **** and FSSC ***** Competenze ed esperienza With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years of experience in flat extrusion, particularly in thermoformed sheet processing.
You have managed multidisciplinary teams and have successfully developed the skills of industrial teams.
