Your Responsibilities

Coordinate tasks and allocate resources within the Software R&D; team

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote agile practices across the team

Your Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering
Proven previous experience as SW Scrum Master, ideally withing a tech engineering company
Strong embedded SW backgrounds
Strong planning and task management capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with agile framework; Scrum Master certification is a plus
Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage

Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
