ppbLocation: /b Rho, Italy (near the metro station) /p pbContract Type: /b Full-time, On-site /p pbWorking Hours: /b 09:00–12:45, 14:00–18:00 /p h3Role Description /h3 pWe are seeking an Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in the electrical design, power conversion, and system integration of battery stacks and containerized energy systems. This position is intended for an experienced professional who will act as a technical reference for electrical architecture, power electronics integration, and robustness of both stack modules and container-level systems. The role sits at a key interface between component-level electrical design and overall system integration. The Electrical Engineer will work closely with the Head of Product and the automation team, ensuring coherent integration of power conversion units, electrical distribution, protection systems, and control interfaces. /p pThe position combines hands-on electrical design, system engineering judgment, and cross-functional coordination, supporting the transition from laboratory and pilot-scale systems to industrialized containerized solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead electrical design of battery systems (power distribution, wiring, interfaces) /li liDefine electrical architecture at stack and container level /li liDesign and integrate power conversion systems (DC/DC,
DC/AC, bidirectional) /li liCollaborate with automation engineers on sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces /li liInterface with Head of Product on system layout, integration, and scalability /li liEnsure compliance with electrical standards, safety, and grid requirements /li liPerform analyses on power flows, efficiency, losses, grounding, and protection systems /li liSupport DFM, DFA, and serviceability from an electrical perspective /li liDefine electrical standards, guidelines, and best practices /li liSupport prototyping, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting /li liContribute to product roadmap and system-level decisions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Conversion Engineering, or related field /li li6+ years in electrical design of complex systems (energy storage, power electronics, or similar) /li liStrong experience in power conversion and electrical system architecture /li liExperience with grid-connected systems and standards /li liExperience in multidisciplinary RD and Engineering environments /li liStrong problem-solving and engineering judgment /li liAbility to combine hands-on work with system-level thinking /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
