/ph3Your Role /h3pWe are looking for an bOperations Quality Specialist /b bwith a specialization in Electronics /b to support the problem-solving process for manufacturing process related issues.
You will be the transversal reference for all electronic quality topics within our manufacturing operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring and constantly improving the quality of our operational processes and final products.
/ph3Your Impact /h3ulliLead the problem-solving process for electronic and software issues in assembly line.
/liliLead the failure analysis on electronic boards and components returned from the field or failing during production, identifying the root cause for non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA).
/liliDevelop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
/liliManage non-conformities related to electronic parts, coordinating containment and corrective actions.
/liliImplement quality standards, procedures, and control systems.
/liliConduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
/liliAnalyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen).
/liliWork closely with Production, RD, and Supply Chain to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues.
/liliEnsure that processes and products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations.
/li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
/ppWhat you should bring: /pulliMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering role in an electronics manufacturing.
/liliDeep knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly (SMT, THT), and testing processes.
/liliExperience with electronic failure analysis techniques and related lab equipment.
/liliProficiency with Problem Solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) applied to electronic issues.
/liliAbility to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation.
/liliFamiliarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO ****) and auditing techniques.
/liliKnowledge of ERP SAP.
/liliExcellent teamwork and communication skills.
/liliKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles is a strong plus.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
