/ph3bJOB PURPOSE /b /h3pYou will be based in Italy and will be responsible to facilitate the successful delivery of the Leather GoodsStrategy, to monitor internal and external processes improving the agility, effectiveness and performanceof the business.
You will drive the delivery of the programme by engaging stakeholders, managing delivery, communicating progress, identifying and managing issues and activating countermeasures in case ofdeviations from the planned, verifying results and transitioning the project into business as usual.




You willalso be responsible of the optimization initiatives according to the overall objectives and of thedevelopment and update of the ERP system.br/ph3bRESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3ulliTo monitor production performance and promote actions aimed to improve them; /liliTo monitor external manufacturers performance and manage the Vendor Rating process; /liliTo monitor internal cutting performance, with a lean manufacturing approach; /liliTo analyse and implement improvement actions regarding management of suppliers, workflows and working times; /liliTo input manufacturing knowledge and promote best practice; /liliTo collaborate with the all the teams involved in the process (purchasing, planning, quality, production and logistics) to reduce and control delivery lead times and suggest countermeasures in case of deviation from the standards; /liliTo define Production process KPIs and implement systems to create reports; /liliTo make analysis and report, qualitative and quantitative; /liliTo support change management process and transition plan.
/li /ulh3bPERSONAL PROFILE /b /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Management Engineering or similar; /liliPrior experience in the same role; /liliManufacturing experience is essential; /liliExperience in implementing changes in organisations; /liliStrong time management to balance priorities; /liliExcellent analytical skills; /liliGood relational skills; /liliStrong knowledge of MS Office , Stealth **** and Power BI; /liliExcellent knowledge of spoken and written English /li /ulh3bFOOTER /b /h3pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.
