Who You Are:

A dedicated follower of Jesus Christ Have a degree from a 4-year institution, preference is for a focus in Christian Ministry, Adventure Travel, Psychology, International Relations, or other related fields

Experience in leadership positions

Facilitate learning in a variety of settings and be a “teacher/guide.”

Live internationally with opportunities both for program and independent travel.

Work independently, think on your feet and express your true passion for providing experiential learning opportunities.

The position is full-time, in person in one of our amazing locations.

Supervise L&LI; Apartments and Student Life

Provide an example of a Christ follower to every student in the L&LI; program: by behavior, actions and words Live in the apartment alongside students

Maintain awareness of semester calendar & schedule, and communicate to students both in-person and via email/social media about activities and events

Maintain attention to the property,



including but not limited to paying bills, keeping receipts, reporting maintenance needs to the admin assistant, completing an apartment inventory, and maintaining overall cleanliness, health, & comfort of the apartment

Complete check-in & check-out processes accordingly, as well as incident reports

Act as the point person for all student questions related to health concerns, questions, and/or issues

Maintain student health and respond to health concerns, vaccination, and clinic needs, alongside the Director of Student Life

Compensation

Full list of compensation varies based on the program location.

Resident Coordinators will personally fundraise a set amount based on the program location.

L&LI; will provide–including but not limited to–the following:

Housing (9 months) during Semester Programs dates, Staff Training, and Debrief

Food Allowance Stipend per semester

Cell phone (9 months)

Language Instruction

Cultural Activities/Travel
