Your Responsibilities

Monitoring the quality of error reports from the service department, including their systematic evaluation and analysis

Oversight of the handling of service-related complaints using the 8D methodology

Training service staff on quality-related topics and specific customer requirements

Providing operational support to service personnel in managing customer complaints

Active involvement in the continuous development of products and the optimization of business processes

Assisting in the creation and maintenance of service instructions

Your Qualifications & Skills

Graduation from a technical high school or a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field

Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry

Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control)

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, the 7 types of waste, PDCA)

Basic understanding of risk management (e.g.,



FMEA) and project management is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office applications

Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus

Total compensation: € 52.000-€ 77.000 of which 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
