Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to support the development and execution of digital media strategies across key channels.
The role is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns while ensuring strong alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer engagement targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital media campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals
Contribute to digital media planning across paid, owned, and earned channels
Create, manage, and optimise content across digital platforms (website, social media, CRM, etc.)
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice
Campaign Performance & Analytics
Monitor campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights
Analyse user behaviour across channels and optimise media spend accordingly
Media Planning & Coordination
Support media planning and coordination with agencies and internal stakeholders
Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables
Customer Journey & Optimization
Contribute to the optimisation of the end‑to‑end customer journey across digital touchpoints
Execute A/B tests and conversion optimisation initiatives
Cross‑functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Product teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of campaigns
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay up to date with digital media trends, tools, and best practices
Proactively propose new approaches to improve performance and engagement
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or similar
2–5 years of experience in digital media / digital marketing roles
Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and media planning
Familiarity with CMS, analytics tools, and media platforms
Fluency in English and Italian (at least B2)
Strong understanding of digital media ecosystem (paid media, social, search, programmatic, CRM)
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimisation
Experience with digital tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Creative thinking combined with data‑driven decision‑making
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive or multi‑brand environments
Knowledge of CRM/CDP and lead generation flows
Experience with agency coordination
Understanding of full funnel marketing approach (awareness → conversion)
What We Offer
Salary range: from €43 000 to €52 000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
