For the
M&A; Legal
team in the
Milan
office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions.
Specifically, will be in charge of:
Legal due diligence activities;
Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;
Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.);
Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;
Doctrinal and case law research activities.
Come As You Are – Your Skills And Qualifications
This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:
At least 3 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting;
Master's degree in Law with a grade higher than 105?110 ;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
Flexibility and dynamism.
