The Role
We're looking for a Junior Retail & Operations Coordinator.
This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who is ambitious, highly organised and eager to learn how a fast-growing luxury company operates.
You won't spend your day doing repetitive tasks.
You'll work directly with management across operations, retail, HR and business projects, learning how every part of the company works while helping us execute at a high level.
Every day will be different.
What You'll Do
Support the daily operations of our retail stores.
Coordinate with Area Managers and Store Managers.
Help monitor store performance and operational KPIs.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
Support HR and people operations.
Help organise operational projects and company initiatives.
Improve internal processes and documentation.
Follow up on deadlines across different departments.
Identify problems and help find practical solutions.
Provide operational support wherever the business needs it.
