For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.Nadara is expanding its pan-European renewable platform and is looking for a M&A; & Brownfield Investments Senior Manager to drive brownfield origination and M&A; execution across key markets. This role combines strategic sourcing, complex deal leadership and cross-border execution within a fast-growing international environment. Monitor market dynamics including remuneration schemes, grid constraints, repowering frameworks and regulatory evolution.Market & Opportunity ScreeningPerform rapid technical and commercial screening of brownfield assets.Identify strategic fit and define acquisition rationale aligned with Nadara's portfolio strategy.Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms,
