ppWe are looking for an bIndustrial Controller /b with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
/p pThe selected candidate will support the Controlling team in monitoring the Group's industrial performance and will work closely with the Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial functions to provide accurate economic-industrial analyses, guide decision-making processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
/p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liSupport the preparation of the industrial budget and periodic forecasts, focusing on production costs, materials, labor, and profitability/margins.
/li liAnalyze variances between standard and actual data to identify the causes of variation and define corrective actions.
/li liMonitor industrial costs (raw materials, indirect costs, outsourced processing) and collaborate on updating standard costs.
/li liSupport profitability analysis by product, job/order, customer, and business area.
/li liMonitor stock, inventory valuations, scrap, and analyze key production KPIs.
/li liContribute to corporate reporting, monthly/annual closures, and digitization and continuous improvement projects.
/li /ul pbRequirements /b /p pbEducation and Technical Skills /b /p ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent pathways.
/li libFor Senior profiles:



/b 2-5 years of experience in similar roles within production or manufacturing companies.
/li liKnowledge of industrial accounting principles, cost analysis, and familiarity with production logic (Bill of Materials/BOM, MRP, etc.).
/li liExcellent knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of English.
/li liKnowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik will be considered a plus.

/li liCritical thinking and a problem-solving oriented approach.
