ppWho we are: Cleaf is a 50-year-old, family-owned Italian company and a leader in the design and production of melamine‑faced panels, ABS edge bands and high‑pressure laminates for luxury furniture, supplying major international brands. The company operates 3 plants in the Lissone area (MB), employs 320 people and works on 3 shifts. /p pWe are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department Team (4 people). The role offers a structured growth path in technical expertise, methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic and evolving environment. /p pThe Quality Engineer will support the Quality Department in activities related to product certification, compliance, continuous improvement, laboratory testing, new product development, supplier quality and environmental/sustainability topics. The role requires curiosity, analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProduct certifications (e.g., CE mark for construction products, FSC) /li liManagement of customer complaints and improvement actions /li liTechnical and legislative compliance /li liEnvironmental, sustainability and product stewardship topics /li liDissemination of technical and organizational information across the company and to customers /li liLaboratory tests and measurement system analysis /li liProcess control and development of new products /liliSupplier quality management /li /ul pThe role requires daily interaction with internal departments, auditors, suppliers and, when necessary, customers. Business trips may occasionally be required,



on the Italian territory and internationally. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liSecond‑level degree in Engineering or Science (Chemistry, Materials, Management Engineering with technical background in materials/chemistry, or similar) /li li2–5 years of experience in a Quality Department in a technical role /li liExperience in problem‑solving and organizational methodologies /li liExperience outside the wood industry is appreciated /li liFamiliarity with environment, safety and sustainability topics is a plus /li liExperience with SAP or similar systems is appreciated /li liVery good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /li liRegular use of email, web and videoconference tools /li liExcellent English /li /ul h3You’ll be the perfect candidate if you also have: /h3 ul liStrong logical skills, flexibility of mind and investigative curiosity /li liNegotiation attitude, patience, common sense and conscientiousness /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer inclusion in a solid, structured and international‑oriented company, with a dynamic and collaborative working environment.
