/p pWe are looking for a passionate Travel Specialist who is responsible, along with the Travel Team, for the Team members travel arrangements.
The role is responsible for managing complex travel itineraries, proactively resolving last?minute schedule changes and travel disruptions.
/p h3Travel Organization /h3 pUnderstand and collect Team Members' travel requirements.
/p pProvide accurate support and advice on travel-related topics, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and international regulations.
/p pManage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and car rentals.
/p pOrganize transportation to and from airports, racetracks, or other venues.
/p pHandle travel-related issues, including changes, conflicts, complaints, and cancellations.
/p pEnsure clear and timely communication to all Team Members traveling for both trackside events and business trips.
/p pEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., visa requirements, passport validity, insurance coverage).
/p h3Scouting and Negotiation /h3 pSupport the Travel Manager in negotiating supplier contracts to guarantee the best quality accommodations at the most cost-efficient rates.
/p pOccasionally attend races, test events, or perform site inspections as required (approx. 20 days/year).
/p pMaintain and develop strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers.

/p pKeep up-to-date and accurate records within the database.

/p pIn line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree *******), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C2.
We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being significantly higher than the contractual minimum indicated.
/p h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business travel, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.
/li liFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
/li liAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
/li liStrong knowledge of travel routes, industry standards, and emerging trends.
/li liTeam player with a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach.
/li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
