UnipersonaleJob DescriptionWork at the forefront of automotive innovation with ZF, one of the world's leading automotive suppliers.OES CUSTOMER CONTACT (m/f/d)We are looking for a new colleague in the OES (Original Equipment Services) department at our location in Assago (MI) - ItalyYour tasks as OES customer contact:Be the first contact for customer's needs and problem resolutionOrder entry/EDI follow-upPrices database maintenancePayment reportingManagement of customer data at SAPYour profile as OES customer contact:Technical diploma or equivalentProven experience in sales environment, like customer service or sales supportVerbal and written communication skills, problem solving attitude, positive dynamism and commercial mindsetDemonstrated negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approachNative Italian, fluent in English; additional languages like German will be considered as a plusGood team spirit and interpersonal skillsSAP basic knowledge, good knowledge in Office 365What we offer you :Dynamic and daily interactions with an international environmentPermanent contract, company yearly premio, insurances package, hourly flexibility, smart working max 2 days/week (after training period),
