This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices on site, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a strong safety culture across the project. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the implementation of Environmental, Health Safety policies and procedures across the project lifecycle /liliConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health safety standards and identify potential hazards /liliAssist in carrying out risk assessments and reviewing method statements (RAMS) /liliMonitor subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to safety requirements /liliSupport incident investigations and assist in the implementation of corrective actions /liliPromote a strong safety culture through engagement with site teams and subcontractors /liliDeliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions as required /liliEnsure all EHS documentation is maintained, accurate, and up to date /liliAttend Site Meetings, Safety Meetings,
and Toolbox Talks /liliSupport the preparation of EHS reports and safety performance metrics /liliAdvise project teams on health safety best practices and compliance requirements /liliAssist in ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements /liliIdentify and report EHS concerns and support their resolution /li /ulh3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliDegree or diploma in Environmental Health Safety, Occupational Safety, or similar discipline /liliMinimum 2–5 years’ experience in an EHS role within construction or engineering /liliGood knowledge of health safety legislation, standards, and best practices /liliExperience supporting EHS activities on construction sites /liliStrong organisational and communication skills /liliAbility to engage with site teams and promote safe working practices /liliStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills /liliRelevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) are desirable /liliData centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliOpportunity to work for a market leader in the Data centre industry /liliWorking on large scale data centre projects /liliCollaborative team working environments /liliCareer progression and development supported /liliCompetitive salary packages /li /ulpbWinthrop Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
