ph3HR Technology People Analytics Specialist /h3 h3Role Overview /h3 pBased at Somacis HQ in Castelfidardo, this strategic and hands‑on role reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HR systems and analytics frameworks that enable data‑driven workforce management across Somacis’ global operations. The specialist ensures that HR technology supports efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes, providing insights and predictive analysis to guide workforce planning, talent management, and organizational strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConfigure, administer, and optimize HR systems including ATS, LMS, HCM, Time Attendance, performance management and succession planning tools. /li liLead the implementation of new HR technologies, system upgrades, and platform integrations. /li liAct as the HR system expert, translating business requirements into technical solutions. /li liMaintain data integrity, accuracy and security, ensuring compliance with GDPR and corporate policies. /li liProvide training and support to HR team members, managers, and end‑users. /li /ul h3People Analytics Workforce Insights /h3 ul liCollect, clean, and analyze HR data to deliver actionable insights for business decisions. /li liDevelop dashboards and reports on key metrics: turnover, absenteeism, headcount, talent mobility, performance, LD, engagement, HR costs. /li liBuild predictive models to forecast workforce needs, identify retention risks, and support succession planning. /li liCollaborate with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to align workforce analytics with strategic and operational goals. /li /ul h3HR Process Improvement Digital Transformation /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training,



and employee development. /li liPartner with cross‑functional teams to digitally transform HR workflows, improving efficiency and data visibility. /li liSupport standardization of HR processes across Somacis’ international subsidiaries. /li liAct as a key contributor in HR projects aimed at organizational development and process optimization. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration Advisory /h3 ul liAct as a trusted partner for HR leadership and business managers, providing data‑driven insights for workforce planning, talent management, cost optimisation, and strategic initiatives. /li liCommunicate complex HR metrics and analytics in clear, actionable language for decision‑makers. /li liSupport global HR strategy by ensuring HR technology and analytics provide scalable solutions for a rapidly growing multinational environment. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, HR Management or related fields. /li li2+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Systems or People Analytics roles; multinational or PE‑backed company experience preferred. /li liStrong proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar). /li liHands‑on experience with HR digital platforms, workflow automation, and HR digital transformation projects. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving and process improvement skills. /li liAccuracy, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. /li liExcellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. /li liGood command of English; additional languages a plus. /li /ul h3Reporting Line /h3 pHR Manager /p h3Job Details /h3 ul liSeniority level: Associate /li liEmployment type: Full‑time /li liJob function: Human Resources /li liIndustries: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
