ph3Senior Java Backend Developer /h3 pWe’re looking for a senior Java backend developer to join our agile, cross‑functional team and play a key role in designing and building scalable, high‑quality services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners and fellow engineers to shape technical solutions, influence architecture decisions, and help turn business needs into robust, secure applications. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate within an agile cross‑functional team, closely working with the product owner to outline products and strategies /li liDesign application architectures and establish technical solutions for the provided services /li liWork closely with other software engineers in a friendly and collaborative environment /li liEnsure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security requirements /li liAdvocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of hands‑on experience in software development,
with a focus on Java programming /li liBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience /li liDeep knowledge of object‑oriented programming principles (OOP, OOD, SOLID), algorithms, data structures, and design patterns /li liProven experience in working with Java frameworks, with a special emphasis on Spring /li liDemonstrated ability to implement and execute different automated testing strategies /li liFamiliarity with relational database concepts and interactions (SQL, RDBMS) /li liExposure to high availability solutions and understanding of SaaS/PaaS models /li liFluency in written and spoken Italian, ability to read and communicate in English /li /ul h3Nice to have skills /h3 ul liGood understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem; work experience with React.js/Next.js is a premio /li liKnowledge of service deployments using Docker containers is a welcomed addition /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
