A company developing a series of large biomethane projects in Italy.

It is looking for a finance professional to act as a team member in negotiating and finalising the following:

- Equity finance
- Mezzanine finance
- Convertible debt
- Subordinated debt
- Bridge finance
- Senior debt

The company has already identified potential entities in Italy for each of the above finance categories.

However the candidate must also have his own relationships within some or all categories listed above.

The person must be absolutely fluent in English and possess a financial background, with at least 10 years of experience in either corporate finance or corporate banking.

Those who do not meet these criteria must not apply.
