The Italian branch is based in the Verona Area /p h3Offerta /h3 pThe candidate who will fill the role of SAP Technical Support Specialist will have the following responsibilities: /p ul liEnsure timely resolution of issues against agreed SLO's (Service Level Objectives) /li liPartner with cross-functional teams (inside and outside IT) when needed /li liProactively monitor all our SAP IT application landscape /li liPerform or coordinate SAP Cloud platform installation and maintenance /li liMonitor interfaces to and from our SAP platform /li liProvide input to continuous development of methods and tools /li liTake required steps to understand, and document if missing, the way legacy IT systems and applications have been set up. /li liAssist with any performance or functional incidents reported by end users and/or monitoring tools. /li liIdentify possibilities to proactively monitor legacy applications for performance and/or functional issues. /li liIdentify possible scenarios for upgrading the technology and implement them when approved. /li liProvide input to agree on a roadmap to replace legacy software and systems as soon as possible. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful SAP Technical Support Specialist should have:



/p ul liTwo or more years of proven experience in a similar role. /li liEnglish is a must. /li liProven experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
