Our client, a leading automobile manufacturer, is recruiting for an Automotive HR & Admin Manager to join their business in Italy.

Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with external service providers (accounting, legal, IT, etc.).
- Oversee office setup, procurement, and general administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support in building the Italian team, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company culture.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with local partners.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s global values.

Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience in Human Resource.
- Automotive background is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above.




- Solid knowledge of EU Human Resources.
- Experience in office setup or company establishment processes is highly desirable.
- Italian and English speaking, Chinese is a plus.
