We are looking for a Proposal Manager EMEA based in Milan to join our Growth team in the industrial water treatment sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for international projects. You will work closely with Process Engineers, Sales Managers, and global stakeholders to design competitive and innovative solutions that drive business success.
This is a key position at the intersection of engineering, sales, and project execution—where technical expertise meets commercial impact.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or similar)
- Extensive experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment
- Experience in technical proposals or project engineering
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and Italian or German (additional languages are a plus)
