What we expect from you
MSc degree in electric, electronic, automotive engineering or similar
Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.
Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conducting data analysis is considered a plus.
Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines related to the presented topic (ISO, ECE…)
Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.
Italian knowledge C1 (mandatory)
English working proficiency is a Must have
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL ) will be no less than €33,000 , in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services .
