Job Description

-
- Define and implement the commercial strategy across domestic and international markets;
- Lead and develop the sales organisations dedicated to the Italian and Export markets;
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective management of the commercial budget;
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors and international partners;




- Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels and growth markets;
- Manage major commercial negotiations and support the Group's competitive positioning.

The Successful Applicant

-
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial environments;
- Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organisations;
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth;
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
- Fluent English; proficiency in a second language would be considered an advantage.
