Magic Engineering, leveraging the experience and innovation developed through Magicmotorsport, is looking for a UX Researcher ready to bring the user's voice to the center of product development. From the experience of Magicmotorsport, a brand internationally recognized in the field of mechatronics and performance, Magic Engineering was born. Today, we extend this know-how beyond the automotive sector, working on complex systems and emerging technologies while continuing to support industry professionals with innovative tools.
The UX Researcher will actively contribute to user research activities, contributing strategically to the evolution of Magic Engineering's products and services. Through clear and actionable insights, you will support the Product & Service Design Team, bringing the voice of users into the heart of decision‐making processes.
Key Responsibilities Drive UX research activities to support the evolution of products and services
Collaborate on qualitative and quantitative research activities, turning data and observations into meaningful insights for the team




Collaborate cross‐functionally with Designers, Project Managers and Product Owner to inform design and product decisions
Validate processes and requirements through research, contributing to solid project foundations and the development of effective solutions
Promote and foster a human‐centered culture across the organization
At least 3 years of proven experience in a UX Research role
UX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, turning findings into actionable product insights
Experience applying artificial intelligence to improve research workflows and support product setup
Strong methodological foundation: solid understanding of product design processes and product setup
Design definition skills: experience in building complex information architectures, user flows, and analysis tools such as customer journeys, empathy maps, shadowing,
