Assistant Brand Manager Intimate Hygiene Are you passionate about marketing and looking to make a meaningful contribution to improving people’s lives? Join our Marketing team within the Consumer Goods Business Unit and work alongside our Brand Managers for TENA and NUVENIA. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where you can bring your ideas to life and pursue your professional goals.
Support the Brand Managers in implementing the Marketing Strategy for TENA and NUVENIA brands to meet established sales or market share targets.
Support to conduct regular market trend analysis, consumer panel research, and brand tracking to continuously assess market dynamics and brand performance
Actively engage in the creation and execution of digital communication strategies across owned and paid channels
Work in partnership with external agencies to define content strategies and ensure timely updates to the website for accuracy and relevance




Support to lead the innovation of new packaging designs and the revitalization of existing packaging to enhance brand appeal
Support to manage the coordination with external creative agencies to maintain brand consistency and achieve marketing objectives
Track and analyze the Savi Campaigns performance, focusing on the redemption rates of digital samples, printed materials, and other promotional activities
Maintain and update visual assets, sales catalogs, and technical sheets in SharePoint for the sales teams, ensuring they have the latest and most accurate materials
Oversee daily operational tasks related to marketing and brand management, with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness
Master Graduate or Master Student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Proficiency in both English and Italian language
Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Good Analytical Skills for data-driven insights and informed decisions
