OverviewArgea seeks a Material Planning Specialist to join the Supply Chain team at Botter Spa, Fossalta di Piave (VE).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plan material and component orders; maintain supplier relationships and negotiate quantities, delivery dates, returns, and non-conformities.
- Define the most suitable material management policy according to supplier characteristics and production types.
- Monitor and ensure material arrivals align with planned dates in collaboration with Planning.
- Intervene to recover delivery delays with suppliers or propose alternative sourcing; address production-critical situations and propose appropriate interventions.
- Update material management parameters in the system (material arrival dates, safety stock, packaging quantities, minimum lots, etc.).

Qualifications
- Knowledge of materials management techniques and planning tools/methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of MRP systems. xysqume
- Ability to prepare budgets and forecasts.
